I am a Registered Nurse (RN) and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a passion for supporting families through the perinatal period. My journey into lactation began after experiencing my own breastfeeding challenges with my first child, who was born with a significant tongue-tie.

Since then, I have helped hundreds of families navigate infant feeding challenges with compassionate, evidence-based care. I have a special interest in tethered oral tissues (tongue and lip ties), supported by specialized training and both professional and personal experience.

As a mother of three, I bring not only clinical expertise but also a deep understanding of the realities of feeding a baby. My goal is to help families feel confident, supported, and empowered in their feeding journey.
