Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch with the practitioner's hands placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the torso. We do a mix of hands-on healing, and hands held above the body.  Reiki promotes deep relaxation, helps with anxiety and stress reduction, energizes and balances the whole body, eases muscle tension, and much more!
