Celebrate love and self-care this Valentine's Day with a truly unique and intimate experience designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Join us for a special Meditative Sound Bath with Massage, where deep relaxation and rejuvenation harmonize in a serene and soothing experience.


What to Expect:

This immersive event combines the calming power of a meditative sound bath with the healing touch of massage, creating a deeply restorative experience. Santiago Ramirez, a skilled massage therapist, will offer personalized, soothing massages during the sound bath, while Michele Kujawa, certified sound bath artist, guides you through a meditative sound journey of relaxation and renewal.

  • Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, voice and other vibrational instruments. The sound waves will help you release stress, balance energy, and sink into a meditative state.
  • Personalized Massage: Each participant will receive focused massage attention during the session, enhancing relaxation and supporting physical well-being.

As a certified Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for your transformative journey. This session is carefully designed to guide participants through a powerful self-healing experience using a combination of intentional breathing techniques, breath holds, guided meditation, and music specifically curated to enhance the journey. During this session, participants will have the opportunity to connect with their inner selves, release stress and emotional blockages, and access a profound state of clarity, peace, and balance. Together, we will create an environment where healing and personal growth can flourish. 

Important Notice: Breathwork is a powerful practice, but it is not suitable for everyone. If you have any of the following conditions, please consult with a medical professional before participating:

  • High blood pressure; Glaucoma or retinal detachment; Osteoporosis or recent significant physical injuries/surgeries; Cardiovascular disease (including angina or a history of heart attack); Severe mental health issues (including Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, severe PTSD); Epilepsy or seizure disorders; Aneurysm history (personal or family); Pregnancy (without approval from a primary caregiver); COPD; If you have asthma, please have your inhaler available during the session and consult with a medical professional before participating.

What to bring: a yoga mat, eye mask, blanket, pillow, water, journal, and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
